What is happening?

The Virtual Workspace Services portal will be undergoing important system updates. Citrix Workspace App (formerly known as Receiver) allows users to access virtual desktops and applications through the various portals. If you are using an older version of Citrix Workspace App (installed before 2017) on your personal or vendor device, you will not be able to connect to Portal-US, Portal-EMEA or Portal-Asia without updating.

If you use a Bank of America managed device to connect to your virtual service, you can disregard

this message.

How do I know if I need to update?

If you can successfully launch your virtual desktop or application session, you do not need to

make any changes to your device.

What do I need to do if I cannot connect?

1. Uninstall any previously existing versions of Citrix Receiver that are installed

2. Identify your operating system

3. Download Citrix Workspace App software for your device

4. Install Citrix Workspace App software on your device

5. Choose your browser

6. Launch

IMPORTANT: The following step-by-step guides only apply to personal or vendor-owned

hardware

Step #1 (Optional): If you already have an older version of Citrix Receiver on your computer

or tablet, then best practice is to uninstall it first before downloading the new Citrix

Workspace software. In Windows, see Control Panel or Settings

Step #2 - #4: Select the appropriate operating system for your device. This will take you to the Citrix Workspace App download and installation instructions.

Choose the preferred browser for your operating system. This will take you to instructions

on how to launch Citrix Client through that browser.
