Administrators can fully customize the software to determine required fields for each report and create drop-down lists for fields like Incident Type and Location. Officers can easily create detailed, complete and accurate reports then submit them to their supervisor for review. When a supervisor logs in, they see an organized list of pending reports that require their review. If the report needs revision, the supervisor can send it back to the officer and attach a note outlining necessary revisions with just a few clicks.

The reporting process involves entering a lot of data, but it doesn’t have to involve re-entering data. Why should you have to re-enter a repeat offender’s contact information every time they are involved in an incident? With Report Exec, every contact you enter is stored in a secure, searchable database. Simply select the name of the person involved in the incident, and Report Exec will automatically populate all the fields associated with the individual.

• Attaching media to your report is a breeze. Use photos and videos to provide documentation in reports. With Report Exec, there is no limit to the amount of media you can attach to a report, contact, or other form.

• Officers can add tags to help organize reports. That way, you can find exactly what you’re looking for when searching for reports. Need to view all the reports involving theft of mobile phones? No problem.

• When a report is finished, Report Exec automatically formats your information to create a professional, customized report. Print your completed report (if necessary) and you’re set.

Supervisors can use the task manger to assign tasks to specific officers, add a “due date” for each task, and monitor its completion. Supervisors will automatically be notified if a task is overdue. This way, officers know what is expected of them, and have a visual reminder of the tasks they need to complete. Supervisors can keep track of what’s on officers’ plates to make sure workloads are distributed evenly.

Using the BOLO feature, users can post “Be On the LookOut” alerts, visible to all users. This way, your whole team stays up to date and on the same page.

Organize user groups by security clearance level, location, or other classifications, and easily control which information is accessible to each group.
