can use later.• Many times you must take a step back, before

you take two steps forward.• After a crisis, there is always opportunity.• You control your thoughts and feelings.• You make the choices that determine your

DEATH: How do we FEEL?• We are afraid that we might upset those

around us.• We are scared because it shows we are

“temporary”.• Uncertainties: We don’t know for sure what

happens after, when it will happen, how, etc.

• We try to “replace” the loved one with other “things”.

• People feel that grieving should done alone.

• A EUPHEMISM: Is a substitution of an agreeable or less offensive expression in place of one that may offend or suggest something unpleasant to the listener;[

resting in peace• Making “Light”: Checked out, permanent vacation,

kicked the bucket.

What is most Important?• Use your reminder binders and write things down!• Make a “To Do” list and cross it off when it’s done.• Establish short-term goals to achieve the BIG task.• Be realistic with your timing.• Don’t try to please everyone and do everything.• Take reasonable breaks when studying: No more than

15 minutes for every hour.• Leave time for rest and relaxation; don’t overdue it!• Procrastination will get you nowhere!Procrastination will get you nowhere!• Use your own motivation techniques to get you going.
