• A mental attitude that expects good and favorable results
• Thinking that anticipates happiness, joy, health, and a successful outcome of every situation and action
Positive Thinking
• Not everyone accepts or believes in positive thinking
• Among those who believe or accept it, not many know how to use it effectively to get results
• It is quite common to hear people say: “Think positive!” But how many actually practice it? (Very few)!!!!!!!
Why Think Positive?
• When the attitude is positive, we entertain pleasant feelings and constructive images, and see in our minds what we really want to happen
• This brings brightness to our eyes, more energy and happiness
• This broadcasts good will, happiness, and success and even health is affected in a beneficial way
• We walk tall and our voice is confident. Our body language shows the way you feel inside.

How to Develop Positive Thinking ?
• Always use only positive words while thinking and while talking. Use words such as, 'I can', 'I am able', 'it is possible', 'it can be done', etc.
• Before starting with any plan or action, visualize clearly in your mind its successful outcome.
• Read at least one page of inspiring book every day.
• Watch movies that make you feel happy.
• Associate yourself with people who think positively.
• Always sit and walk with your back straight. This will strengthen your confidence and inner strength.
Use V-VEAP Principle
Verbalize.
Visualize.
Emotionalize.
Actionize.
Prayerize.
Whatever you want to achieve or do, verbalize it as many times as you can.
Say to yourself 10 times every morning:
“EVERYDAY-IN EVERY WAY-I FEEL BETTER AND BETTER- ABOUT MYSELF.”

Develop a picture in your mind about the life if you change and also if you did not change.
Use technique by cutting and pasting a picture

Show your emotions! Be enthusiastic!

Refuse to live even a single moment of your life without doing something
that serves your vision.
