OLD FORM OF GOVERNMENT

Like a modular home,everything is pre-fabricated.

NEW FORM OF GOVERNMENTIs more like a truck delivering to us all the parts we need to put the presbytery together, but it is up to us in how we

PEACE RIVER PRESBYTERY’SMISSION / VISION STATEMENT

What is the role of Presbytery Leadership in:1. guiding the Presbytery into a new vision, organizational structure that will change the culture of the Presbytery?2. And what are the Adaptive Challenges we are facing?

PRESENT ADAPTIVE CHALLNGES Due to a multiplicity of issues, many

beyond our control, we do not know how, and may not be able become the

missional, relational, learning community we have envisioned and claimed, on

paper, that we want to be. The way God could send us into our

context for the sake of the kingdom may not occur.

What is at stake for the system –What is the risk of doing nothing?
