Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) is a proprietary protocol developed by Microsoft which
provides a user with a graphical interface to connect to another computer over a
network connection.

OrangeBots are the software Robots that do the work and can automate mundane
rules-based Operation processes. 10 or more OrangeBots form an OrangeWorkgroup.
Within the same OrangeWorkgroup, OrangeBot One will monitor OrangeBot Two on its
health status. It forms a buddy system between these 2 OrangeBots. If an OrangeBot is
not responding to the job, it will perform a self-recovery or it will be restarted by the
buddy OrangeBot. The job loads are constantly shared in the workgroup and has
minimal possibility to miss a job from its schedule. Each OrangeBot is built-in with
environmental awareness feature. The environment health from the operating system is a
major factor for the OrangeBot to carry out the assigned job smoothly. Inefficient alerts
such as low memory availability, network disruption, storage space running low, or CPU
utilization abnormality for the operating system will be notified via the system

OrangeAI (The Brain)
Artificial intelligence (AI), also known as machine intelligence, is a branch of
computer science that aims to inspire software with the ability to analyze its
environment using either pre-determined rules and search algorithms, or
pattern recognizing machine learning models, and then make decisions based
on those analyses.
OrangeAI is the brain of the OrangeWorkforce and in charge of the OrangeBots
awareness and decision making.
OrangeVision (The Eyes)
With OrangeVision, which mimic the human eyes, OrangeBots can look for
content it needs in the pages from scanned documents, files, PDF and emails. It
is a detection engine that covers several modules, such as OCR (optical
character recognition) and objection detection.
The OCR module of OrangeVision is used for the recognition of printed or written
text characters in the contents.
OrangeBots (The Robots)
OrangeBots are the software Robots that do the work for OrangeAI
and OrangeVision. OrangeBots perform RPA (Robotic Process Automation)
with added artificial intelligence capabilities that can handle complex, high-
volume, repeatable tasks that is traditionally done by human. These tasks can
include queries, calculations and maintenance of records and transactions.
OrangeBots can automate mundane rules-based Operation processes, enabling
Operation users to devote more time to higher-value tasks.
OrangeControls (The Physical)
OrangeControls control the physical devices A P I using the
OrangeWorkforce modules. It does physical tasks using OrangeWorkforce.
Example: Driving the drone by setting the path for the drone to its destination,
control the physical robot.
OrangeControls are able to control any physical devices that are connected to a
network or internet and are able to control the machine to do physical tasks.

OrangeSensing (The IoT)
IoT (Internet of Things) is a concept that refers to connections between physical
objects like sensors or machines and the Internet. It is a system of interrelated
computing devices, mechanical and digital machines provided with unique
identifiers and the ability to transfer data over a network without requiring
human-to-human or human-to-computer interaction and connecting the
OrangeBots with IoT.
OrangeSensing use OrangeBots connect through internet to devices to collect
data for analysis. Example: Images captured by Drone.
Backbone of
Job Studio Designer – The Job Studio Designer provides the function
of new job creation, configuring task scripting for new jobs and publishing the
new job for scheduler to run. Users can create new jobs for OrangeBot using
Job Studio Designer and also using the job template that is ready on the
OrangeWorkforce website.
OrangeBots (The Robots) – OrangeBots is the software Robot that
actually does the work and can automate mundane rules-based Operation
processes, enabling Operation users to devote more time to higher-value tasks.
OrangeBots can work for 24 hours per day non-stop, based on the job and
schedule that the user has created.
OrangeMobile – OrangeMobile is a mobile application that allows users
to monitor and check the OrangeBot’s job schedule, server’s CPU usage,
memory usage, storage information and received job status notification via
mobile phone.
Control Center – The Control Center is the centralized control and
monitoring of OrangeBots. The Control Center consists of information like
OrangeBot’s name, status, job schedule, job history, server’s name, IP address,
CPU usage, memory usage, storage usage, network usage and remaining job
listing.
Customer Service Automation
Usually, OrangeBot will log into World-Check website to check customer
background information and Anti Money Laundering (AML) status. The
OrangeBot will then download the customer status into the desktop’s folder.
The downloaded status is to be used as supporting documents for audit
purposes and to allow proceeding of the account opening. Once confirmed
that the customer background is clean, the OrangeBot will log into the Entity
Database system to retrieve the customer information such as address, home
number, residency status etc. The details of customer info will be stored in
memory in order to be used for Account Opening. OrangeBot will then log into
the Account Opening System and search for the Account Opening page and
start keying in customer information step-by-step to complete the Opening
Customer process. Upon completion of the Account Opening, the OrangeBot
will save the Account Opening report into PDF and email to customer as receipt.
Business Process Outsourcing
Customers can adapt and outsourcing its core business operations process such
as accounting, payment processing, IT services, human resources, regulatory
compliance, and quality assurance to OrangeWorkforce for automation to
ensure the business runs effectively. Here, we take Human Resources Process
Automation as an example:
Every month on a specific date, the OrangeBot will refer to an Excel list which
contains the email recipient list and email contents to send email reminders in
a separate email to multiple companies to submit claim and replacement
leave form. Also before 5th of every month, OrangeBot will send document
individually in separate email to multiple company. Then OrangeBot will refer
to an excel list which contain the email recipients list and email content to
attach the document in the email.
Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Reports
For Statement of Account automation, OrangeBot will auto login to crystal report
system and select account statement’s generation date then generate the
account statement for all customers. After complete generation, OrangeBot will
filter out those customer’s account statement amount without negative (-) sign
and save as pdf file in shared folder 1 by 1 for each customer. OrangeBot will
compose email and attached the customer’s Statement of Account according to
customer account number then send to customers.
For invoice automation, OrangeBot will receive an excel file through email from
Finance user on daily basis then download the excel file and read the sales order
number. OrangeBot will login to ERP system and navigate to Sales Order Page
and Invoice Page to check the sales order details. Then OrangeBot will go to
Receivables Menu and Invoice Menu to key in account number, department code
information. OrangeBot will navigate to get Shipping Line Page, select the line
with the sales order number and paste the sales order details get from Sales
Order Page. After that, OrangeBot will navigate to Invoice Page, key in SBU code
and generate the invoice. After the invoices generated successfully, OrangeBot
will save the invoices in shared folder and email to customers.
Regulatory Reporting & Reconciliation
Every 5th of the month, the report’s data source files will be ready in folder.
OrangeBot will check and validate the file name and required field. If data source
file format does not meet the expectation, OrangeBot will send email notification
to users. Then OrangeBot will merge all data source files into 1 by using the
primary key field specified by IT and Finance User and apply conditional logic to
generate the master source file. Once the master source file is ready, the next
step is to generate the final master source file by applying another layer of
formula and Regulatory Reporting rule to to master source file. The Regulatory
Reporting template is in excel format, OrangeBot will pick up the figure and
update according to the bucket in submission excel. Finally, submission excel will
be stored in shared folder for user to download and submit to Regulatory
Reporting Portal.
Bill of Lading
Logistic company’s customer service will send shipment booking confirmation
email to OrangeBot to store the booking confirmation information like Shipping
Instruction email from customer, customer service will send Shipping Instruction
email to OrangeBot to store the Shipping Instruction information like Booking
Number, Shipper, Port of Loading, Intended Vessel/Voyage, ETD Port of Loading
and Port of Discharge into excel. After that, OrangeBot will perform data
reconciliation between booking confirmation and Shipping Instruction.

Using A.I (Artificial Intelligence) for Cheque Clearance
CTS (Cheque Truncation System) is the cheque clearance system to fasten up
the clearing of cheques. In this system, instead of producing the physical
cheques to the payee bank, just the electronic image of the cheque along with
the MICR code and other cheque credentials are transmitted to the drawee bank
for the payment through a clearing house.
Every day, OrangeBot will perform Cheque Truncation System (CTS) Gateway
Start of day – Start of day (SOD) is a process to synchronize the Cheque
Truncation System (CTS) business date against GWC application. Early in the
morning, OrangeBot will remote to the GWC Client Workstation, login GWC Web
Application and TX Client (Transmission Client) software. Input the user ID and
password for both system and perform the Start of Day process for new business
date, trigger the Daily Files, Inward Clearing File & Cheque Images download
process. OrangeBot will be replace bank operator by login to GWC web
application to trigger Inward Clearing File & Cheque Images download process
on an interval basis.
Updating KPI Dashboard Tracking & Report Generation
Every 5th of the month, OrangeBot will scan the shared folder to read and down-
load the data file sent by IT. OrangeBot also extract the data in working file that
shared by another user and store it into the database. To complete the data in
one complete set, there are multiple excel and data file need to be extracted.
OrangeBot will read the mandatory fields, apply the data aggregation. After mas-
saging the data, OrangeBot will calculate the KPI score according to KPI mea-
surement logic given by user. Once the extracted data is massaged and applied
with logic, OrangeBot wil then populate the final set of result into KPI report
according to KPI report format.The KPI report will be automatically sent to man-
agement team for review.
Monitoring & Repairing IT Service
Usually, OrangeBot will login to user’s pc and trigger the batch job. After the
batch job is triggered, OrangeBot will monitor the running process and wait until
the job finished. If the job is completed successfully, OrangeBot will proceed to
next step. If the job is failed, OrangeBot will send email notification. With the job
completion, OrangeBot will login into CORE BANKING system with user id and
password to check whether the data has been successfully updated into CORE
BANKING. To confirm the data is processed, OrangeBot will go to the Display
Object Description screen in CORE BANKING ’s system menu. OrangeBot will find
restore data information and ensure the date is the recent date. After
confirmation of the date checking, OrangeBot will gather the status of the batch
file information, completion date/time and save into excel file for audit purposes.
