ENERGY UTILITIES

The objective of the FSR Annual Training is to train staff of regulatory

authorities and market operators and to allow them to develop a sound

knowledge of regulatory principles.

regulatory authority, by representatives of Ministries in charge of energy. The GA is responsible for
