CHEETAH PUCKS

Our industry revolutionizing technology allows you to replace the traditional metal and resin bond series of 9 steps (50 grit resin – 100, 200, 400, 800, 1500, 3,000, and well beyond 8,000) with 2-5 steps! By using this system you can achieve as much as a 50% reduction in labor and time on the job, as well as reduction in the products needed to restore virtually all of the surface types you will encounter in the field.

Step 1 pad Replaces traditional diamonds in 50, 100, 200 and 400 grit (i.e. the step one pad removes damage like a 50 grit traditional diamond but leaves the scratch pattern of a 400 grit pad).

Step 2 pad Replaces traditional diamonds in 200, 400, and 800 grit.

Step 3 padReplaces traditional diamonds in 800, 1500, and 3,000 grit.

Step 4 pad Replaces traditional diamonds in 3,000 and 8,000 grit and beyond.

11,000 grit Monkey PadTo create the highest level of clarity, color and gloss possible, follow Step 4 with the 11,000 grit Monkey Pad, first wet and then dry buff.

Cheetah Pucks are suited to all types of restoration but are geared towards the more seasoned stone restoration professional. These are recommended for your most aggressive restoration needs such as terrazzo, concrete, granite and lippage removal jobs. They are available in 3” and 5,” attach to our velcro riser, and replace the same traditional metal and resin bond diamonds as our Cheetah Pads (see above).

Monkey Pads are intended for light restoration, finish work and maintenance. Monkey Pads are a revolutionary method for non-toxic, chemical-free honing and polishing of marble, travertine, limestone and terrazzo. Dramatic results can be achieved with Monkey Pads, even with minimal skill level. They come in a grit series of 200, 400, 800, 1500, 3,000, 8,000 and 11,000, as well as a range of sizes to fit a variety of equipment for countertops, vertical surfaces and floor restoration. Using a combination of Cheetah Pads, Monkey Pads, and in some cases product, any finish can be achieved — from a dull, or satin hone to a highly polished mirror-like surface with exceptional color, clarity and gloss.
