Over 80°Required Equipment:•Compression Underwear / Sports Bra•Short Socks•Sneakers•Fingerless Gloves•Race HeadBand

• Couple extreme heat with an Extreme Workout, and the clothes will literally melt right off you. So, why waste a perfectly good outfit? Wear your Birthday-Suit, and roll around in some mud.

• But, do wear Gloves and Sneakers: you wouldn’t want to scrape those piggies.

• Could there be anything more perfect than Training in these Temperatures? Well, if your idea of Training doesn’t contain 65-lb Sandbags and 128-lb Ragnarok French Fries, then I’d say…Yes, there is.

• Make sure all clothing is Polyester and Dry-Fit. Cotton just absorbs water and becomes heavy.

• If you aren’t sweating at these Temperatures, then you aren’t Training with Ragnarok.

• Depending on the sun, wind, and how wet you are, during these Temperatures you may find yourself switching back and forth between Long and Short Sleeves.

• There are those among you who will stop reading now because fear prevents you from Training at these Temperatures. And there are those among you who silently continue reading and think “Now this is Perfect Training Weather.”

• It can get cold fast during these Temperatures. You are going to need to cover your head and face, and switch to Insulated Gloves.
