Searching help
• Highlight colours added for each search word within the topic.
• Each search word shown in a different colour.
• Remove the highlight colours using the toolbar button .

Send Email Wizard
New style of email wizard to select multiple recipients and send out using email templates is available in:
• Project Contacts – Templates: Project, Sub Project, Contact, and Personnel
• Project Documents – Template: Project and Sub Project.
• Global Documents – Template: Project, Sub Project and Contract Admin.
• Contacts – Templates: Contact
• Personnel – Templates: Contact and Personnel

Pinned Contracts (My Contracts)
• Pin your most used contracts.
• Find your contracts with the ‘Pinned’ list filter.
• Start with this filter by default using the right click ‘Set this as the default view’ option.

• Create a Proposal documents when the project/sub project is at Proposal or Active status.
• Add the budget details to your template and show the budget header and budget breakdown for each Sub Project.

Project Work Breakdown
• Add percentage complete to each work breakdown item.
• Mark the item complete and the value changes to 100%.
• Change the item to incomplete and the value changes to 90%.

• New style of graph in the project level and company-wide capacity boards.
• Compare the allocated hours against the capacity.
• Capacity is configured using Office and staff calendars.
• Instant refresh of the graph after making changes in the project or company planning boards, without closing/re-opening the feature.
