Residential, Rental, Commercial and Rural ‘For Sale’ and ‘Just Sold’ alerts Go to Settings > Select Property Categories > Default Email Template and select the appropriate Style 4 template

Style 4 is the latest Utopia template, designed to make your office logo stand out better than ever. Style 4 is available for all automated communications in Utopia such as property alerts, ‘Just Sold’ and ‘Open for Inspections’.

For ‘Open for Inspection’ emails Go to Settings > Open for Inspection Settings > Template and select the appropriate Style 4 template

For ‘Current Matching Listings Email to NEW Buyers’ Go to Settings > Automated Matching Properties Email > Template and select the appropriate Style 4 template

Style 10 website templates now offer a new ‘A Fine Home’ logo across property images, catching the eyes of premium property buyers.

Google has increased its focus on local search with the release of Google Places and integration of Place results for key search terms such as location + property and location + real estate agent.

Traffic to Place pages is impressive and will no doubt continue to grow, becoming a great source of leads and brand awareness.

A key feature of Google Places is consumer reviews. Monitor your Place page on a regular basis to see what customers are saying about you, as well as ask your happy customers to add reviews.

All First National offices have a Place page. First National Place pages are maintained by National Office but offices are encouraged to add their own content. More information coming soon.
