Learn how the call centre works, what Admiral recruiters are looking for and potential opportunities for mock interviews. Call Centre Training 7th & 8th July, 10am - 3pm @ Llanrumney Hub Learn skills you need to land a job at a call centre. There is an option to follow this up with a trip to Admiral Call Centre. 5 a Side Football Fridays Every Friday, 8pm - 9pm @ St Mellons Community Education Centre, CF3 0EF A free 5aside football league. Come along, have fun, get fit and get better at the game! Suitable for ages 14-17.

Boxercise (Ages 14 - 18) Every Tuesday, 6.30pm - 7.30pm @ Llanedeyrn Powerhouse, CF23 9PN Get fit, feel safer and make some great friends at this boxing fitness class. The sessions are £3 per session, with the 1st session free.

Healthy Communities Supporting People to Live in the

Free Gardening Services! This free service is aimed at the more vulnerable members of the community, including older people, lone parents and people living with a physical disability. Services include grass cutting, hedge cutting, tree trimming, leaf raking and litter picking. EVENT – “What’s on for over 50’s?” Thursday 2nd July @ John Reynolds Centre (TBC) This event will be held in the Llanrumney to support older people in our local area. There will be speakers, stalls and information aimed at supporting, signposting and enhancing the lives of older adults. Transport will be provided if needed!

5 Ways to Wellbeing From 17th June to 15th July – 10: 30 to 12:00pm @ John Reynolds Centre This is a Free five week course, giving you the chance to identify and reduce stress and anxiety, as well as teach you skills to deal with it, in a friendly and supportive session; tea and biscuits provided. Wellbeing Walking Group around Hendre Lake Every Tuesday, 4:30pm @Starts from the Beacon Centre A gentle introduction to group walking. Well behaved dogs and children welcome. Please get in touch to arrange to meet up with us before we begin and to find out more about the walk.

Buggy Bootcamp Every Wednesday, 1pm - 1.45pm @ St Mellons Community Education Centre. Get fit by walking and exercising with your child! Come along and join the fun with other parents!

Free Street Football Every Wednesday, 5pm - 6pm @ Trowbridge Community centre Come along to street football and get world class coaching by Cardiff City Football club coaches. Ages 7+

Free Street Dance Classes Every Friday, 5pm - 6pm @ Trowbridge Community Centre Learn the latest street dance moves and be part of a great local street dance group that meet every week to put together awesome routines! Ages 6+.

Fit Mix Every Monday 11am - 12pm @ The Powerhouse Llanedeyrn Come along get fit and have fun at our Fit Mix class! Combining elements of Zumba, Aerobics, Circuits and Legs, bums and tums! No experience required and no complicated moves. £3 a session after your first time.

Safeguarding Children 13th July, 9.30am - 3.30pm @Glyncoed Primary School This course is essential for all those who want to work or volunteer directly with children, young people or their families. It covers everything workers need to know about what might concern them, how to respond to concerns appropriately and consider safer working practice. Coming up…

We are looking to run training around sewing or up-cycling clothes to work with an event to raise money for SANDS, the stillbirth and neonatal death charity.
