LODGING: Reserve Your Place In The Sun!INDA has secured room blocks in hotels in Miami Beach at special discounted rates. Please note: there is NOT a hotel adjacent to the convention center.

D. VanEvery & Associates will coordinate housing for IDEA®19. Reservations will not be accepted directly by the hotels. Reservations must be made through D. VanEvery & Associates by going to www.dvanevery.com/idea or by mail. It is important that you make reservations no later than February 15, 2019. Room reservations may be made at these rates as long as rooms are available in the group block and reservations are made prior to February 15, 2019. After February 15, 2019, rates and room availability cannot be guaranteed. All rates are non-commissionable. Hotels fill up quickly, so make your reservation early! You must guarantee your reservation with a major credit card. Some of the hotels charge a deposit equal to 1-night of their room rate and tax.

Every effort will be made to accommodate your hotel preferences, but in the event that the requested hotel(s) are unavailable, you will be assigned to an alternative hotel.

SHOULD YOU NEED TO CHANGE AND CANCEL YOUR HOTEL RESERVATION:

You may cancel your hotel reservation without penalty until February 25, 2019.

After February 25, 2019, you will be responsible for 100% of the hotel fees plus applicable taxes for the full stay if you cancel your hotel reservation. Please note that INDA’s hotel cancellation policy supersedes the hotel cancellation policy.

HOUSING – HOTEL RESERVATION SCAM INFORMATIONThe IDEA®19 Housing Bureau agent is D. VanEvery & Associates. This is the only official Housing Bureau for IDEA®19, and they are processing all hotel reservations for the event. Any communications coming from @dvanevery.com are valid. Please do not give your credit card information or make any reservations with any other housing bureau, housing company, or convention housing company appearing to represent IDEA®19, the IDEA®19 Housing Bureau, and/or INDA.

While other hotel resellers may contact you offering accommodations for your trip, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with the event. Beware that entering into financial agreements with non-endorsed companies can have costly consequences.

Please note that the IDEA®19 Housing Bureau will ask for a credit card to guarantee reservations. If anyone contacts you, offers you lower rates, and asks you to provide a credit card to pre-pay the reservation, then it is almost certain to be a scam. If someone requires you to pre-pay the cost for the entire stay, it is not the official IDEA®19 Housing Bureau.

Again, please do not contact the hotels directly. The hotels cannot make reservations in the IDEA®19 room block; reservations must be made through D. VanEvery & Associates. Please note that the number of rooms reserved through the official hotel block determines INDA’s ability to get first priority for the preferred IDEA® dates for future shows.

RESERVATIONS must be made through

D. VanEvery & Associates by going to

www.dvanevery.com/idea
