Manager and a professional background team who will look after your every need from your first warm and welcoming visit to your very special day

We are dedicated to assisting all couples who wish to celebrate their commitment and love for each other by offering the following licenced rooms which are able to conduct Civil Ceremonies.

OUR PROMENADE SUITEholds up to 95 guests and will be hired out at a cost of £250.00

OUR BEACHES SUITE holds up to 180 guest and will be hired out at a cost of £300.00

OUR DUNES SUITE holds up to 80 guests and will be hired out at a cost of £195.00

OUR SEAVIEW SUITE holds up to 60 guests and will be hired out at a cost of £175.00

We offer a choice of luxurious honeymoon suites for the special couple, offering fantastic sea views with beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

Our hotel has 71 bedrooms which includes a selection of Double / Twin Rooms, Single Rooms, Triple Rooms, Family Rooms, some of which have sea views. We also have available from Summer 2018 our self-catering Chalets for families which are situated opposite our hotel. These are more suitable for families that perhaps wish to stay a minimum of 2 days and that would like to use the cooking facilities within the Chalet.

Our Hotel also offers a negotiated special room rate discount off our Best Available Rates on the day of your Wedding when rooms are block booked, so please liaise with your Wedding Manager.

All prices quoted will be inclusive of a Fully Cooked Breakfast and full use of our Health and Leisure Club. Check in is from 2pm and check out by 11am. An early check in can be arranged at a cost of £15.00 per room however, this is subject to availability. We also offer free on-site parking and free Wi-Fi facilities in all areas of the Hotel.

HOTEL POLICY FOR CANCELLATIONS OR REDUCTION IN NUMBERS

DEPOSIT POLICY:Deposit at the time of booking - £350.00 (non-refundable)

Six months before the date - 20% of the estimated bill Three months before the date - 30% of the estimated bill

Extra Bills - Payment is expected on departure from the Hotel

FINAL GUEST NUMBERS:All charges will be made based on the maximum numbers given two weeks prior to the event. Inclusive packages will be charged at the full package price if there are less numbers attending

CANCELLATION POLICY:Cancellation longer than six Months prior to the occasion - 75% of the monies paid is refundable (except deposit)

Cancellation six to three Months prior to the occasion - 50% of the monies paid is refundable (except deposit)Cancellation less than 90 days - 100% of the estimated total Prior to the occasion is payable

WE RECOMMEND YOU PURCHASE WEDDING INSURANCE TO COVER ANY UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

ON THE DAY...On the Day, The Hotel accepts no responsibility for gifts, cards, favours, wedding cake, keepsakes or any other items

brought into the Hotel by you or wedding Guests. We would suggest a member of the wedding party take responsibility for the collection and safe keeping of these items.

LIABILITY:The Hotel accepts no liability for loss or damage to property owned by or in the custody of the Client/or Guest while that

property is on the premises of the Hotel. The Client is advised to arrange appropriate insurance cover.

Please note that the allowance of other DJ’s and live entertainment is purely at the Hotel’s discretion.

The Hotel accepts no responsibility for death, bodily injury or disease arising from any cause whatsoever to persons visiting the premises, except for liability arising due to negligence of the owners, its servants, employees or responsibility.

The Client hereby undertakes to indemnify the Hotel for the damage to the premises or contents whether or not owned by the Hotel caused by the activities of any person attending the function.

The Client shall ensure that the Client’s Guests observe a high standard of behaviour, including children, to avoid embarrassing situations.

The Hotel reserves the right to expel any Guest behaving in a manner which it regards as detrimental to the standing of the Hotel or likely to cause inconvenience or annoyance to other Hotel Guests or local residents. In the event of the Hotel expelling a Guest it shall

not be obliged to pay compensation to the Guest or Client.

The Client agrees to pay the Hotel for any food, beverages or other services not provided for in this contract but made available upon request of the Client unless the Hotel has been specifically instructed in writing to obtain cash settlements direct from the persons

receiving such services.

The Hotel shall not be liable for any breach of this contract because of strikes, labour disputes, accidents or other causes beyond their control. In the event of any of the above occurring the Hotel shall offer the Client an alternative venue if it is available, failing which the

Hotel will terminate the contract and refund the deposit.

The Hotel’s obligation to compensate the Client will be limited to the obligation of repaying the deposit.
