A light and rereshingappetizer ideal also as a lunch. With cold beers in hand, this wasthe perect way to enjoy the ambiance and settle into a relaxingevening.

A specialty o the restaurants French che Pork Medallionsin a mushroom sauce was the entre o the evening. Tender

yet thick slices o pork were accompanied by potato gratindauphinois and a medley o ried vegetables. Other dishesappeared as equally tempting: a Grilled White Snapper with azuccini top and red pepper sauce and a Duck Breast served withpotato cheese cream and cepes.

Dessert was a sweet delight with a creamy topping, a MoccaCake with Cioccolato, which is baked in Beachway, a bakery thatis also part o the Saari Beach Hotel group. A decadent treat tofnish the meal!
