Reception FacilitiesNorthwestern College is an ideal location for your wedding and also your reception and rehearsal dinner. We offer a variety of reception facilities with serene settings, outstanding catering, exceptional value and extraordinary service. The reception facilities are located in the building connected to Nazareth Chapel, so you and your guests can spend less time driving and more time celebrating.

Blue Room The Blue Room in Nazareth Hall is our largest venue, with seating for up to 288 people. Our exquisitely decorated hall is adorned with beautiful chandeliers. Sunlight pours in the many windows that offer a pleasing view of the courtyard. The Blue Room features four state-of-the-art plasma screens and an outstanding sound system for video presentations or slide shows.

GRaham Commons Room G227 in the Graham Commons offers an exquisite high wood-beam ceiling and gorgeous wall of windows, lending to an intimate setting for up to 48 guests for your reception or rehearsal dinner.

YoudeRian lounGe Gorgeous woodwork, breathtaking views of Lake Johanna, and a comforting fireplace provide a welcoming setting for your reception or rehearsal dinner of up to 60 people.

Nazareth ChapelWith red Numidian marble walls from Africa and solid marble columns from Italy, Nazareth Chapel is a historic, architectural gem. When it opened in 1923, it was originally part of a Roman Catholic preparatory seminary known as Nazareth Hall. The stained glass windows, created by the Charles J. Connick Stained Glass Company, portray 18 scenes from the Bible. After the seminary closed in 1970, Northwestern College purchased the campus with a promise and commitment to preserve the beauty of the property.
