When Jesus Christ died on the cross, did He pay too much?Most of the world�’s religions teach that there is more than one way to God or Heaven, and that Jesus Christ was just one of many savior christs. The trouble is, the Holy Bible, the Word of God, doesn�’t teach this.
There is salvation in no one else! Under all heaven there is no other name for men to call upon to save them. �— Acts 4:12 TLB
If there had been another way that God our Creator could have restored disobedient mankind back to Himself, other than by sacrificing the most precious thing He had, His only Son Jesus Christ, to die on the cross for our sins, don�’t you think He would have done it? If these other ways don�’t meet God�’s requirements for knowing Him, then they will not truly bene t us in getting to Heaven. They will not be able to give us new life, get the devil off our backs, or deliver us from the kingdom of darkness!A Time Magazine article stated that there may be a gene in our makeup that causes us to seek for God. The many World Religions represent man�’s attempt to nd God. Jesus Christ is God nished work to nd man.
Religion says do (this or that to be saved, be right with God, earn Heaven). Jesus says done, �“It is nished.�” Religion offers a way of life. Jesus Christ offers life itself!Yet you won�’t come to me so that I can give you this life eternal!

Our part is to simply respond to God�’s act of love, return to God, and receive the free gift of eternal life He is now offering us for a limited time.We are Christ�’s ambassadors. We do this by asking Jesus to come into our hearts and lives, forgive our sins, and write our names in God�’s Book of Life (our RSVP reservation for Heaven). It�’s that simple!But to all who received him, he gave the right to become
children of God. All they needed to do was to trust him to save them. All those who believe this are reborn!�—not a physical rebirth resulting from human passion or plan�—but from the will of God.
