Parent/ Teacher Conferences

Avon Schools will offer flexible Parent-Teacher Conferences

To minimize inconvenience and maintain communication with our families, ACSC will offer flexible schedules for K-6 Parent-Teacher conferences during the 2015-16 school year. The traditional Parent-Teacher conference week has been eliminated and replaced with two opportunities to meet during the first semester.

Meet during one of the one-hour delays on Wednesday, October 7th or Wednesday, November 4th. Another opportunity to meet is on the afternoon of November 3rd. -Sign up sheet in the back.

2nd option is to meet during a teacher’s prep, before, or after school. These conferences are to be requested by the parent or teacher at a mutually agreed upon time. Conferences may take place in person, on the telephone or via Skype/Face Time/ or similar venues.
