BEVERAGE COSTS
All menus must be pre-set and finalized two weeks prior to your eventdate.Menus are based upon our current seasonal selections and are subject tochange depending on the availability and market price of menu items.You are able to interchange items between menus - prices will be adjustedbased upon your final selections.

VENDOR MEALS
Meals to other vendors not seated with the event guests are available for 50. perperson.
The guaranteed number of guests attending the event is required two weeksprior to the event date.Please note that unless your Event Specialist is notified of a guest countrevision, the number originally contracted will be assumed as the guarantee.You will be billed for the guaranteed number given or attendance,whichever is greater.
GUARANTEED GUEST COUNTS
PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS
A non-refundable deposit of 1,000.00 is required to secure the date andcontract, —which includes but is not limited to charges for the provision offood; rentals; and staffing is payable to White Table Catering Company Inc.along with a signed contract. Payment plan schedule: Following completion of the event, a final invoice will be produced detailingall actual charges and fees. Upon issuance of the final invoice, payment ofany outstanding balance will be due and payable immediately to White TableCatering Company Inc.
9 months prior: 25% of the estimated cost of catering related services6 months prior: 25% of the estimated cost of catering related services3 months prior: 25% of the estimated cost of catering related services10 days prior: the remaining cost of catering related services
CANCELLATIONS
60 to 30 days prior: 50% of the service charge on the initial contract.30 to 14 days prior: 75% of the service charge on the initial contract.14 days to 7 days prior: initial non-refundable deposit plus 75% of the servicecharge on the initial contract.Within 7 days prior to the event: initial non-refundable deposit plus 100% ofthe service charge on the initial contract, in addition to 100% of food orderedand any other incurred cost related to the event.White Table Catering and Events reserves the right to terminate anyfunction for which payment of final estimated invoice has not been receivedfive business days prior to the function.
Your catering deposit, minus the 1,000 non-refundable deposit, is fullyrefundable if notice of cancellation is received 61 or more days prior to theevent date. If the contract is cancelled within 60 days before the event, thegroup’s liability, in addition to the 1,000 non refundable deposit, for liquidateddamages will be as follows:

White Table Catering partners with Lonsdale Event Rentals and other localcompanies to provide you with the highest quality of rentals.White Table Restocking Fee applies for all White Table Rentals for dinnerservice and bar service: dinnerware, flatware and glassware, and selectlinens. Additional charges may apply for any damaged items.For specialty rentals or rentals not found at Lonsdale Event rentals, otherrental companies are available and an additional delivery fee may apply.Extensive catalogue and pricing details are viewable through the websitewww.lonsdaleevents.com. A showroom is available at the Burnaby locationto view each item.Final coordination of rentals is completed after the formal planningmeeting with your Event Specialist 4 weeks before the event.Delivery fees for rentals will apply and will be determined based on theevent location as well as the delivery and pickup windows. A 20% service charge is applied which includes all administrative processes,such as but is not limited to the full coordination of catering related costs,staffing, and floor plan. This also includes rental insurance where we coverlost or damaged rentals.

All food and beverage pricing listed in this package is exclusive of taxand service charge.Overtime charges for staffing are calculated according to B.C LabourLaws. This includes bookings on Statutory Holidays.
BOOKINGS
Initial contact via email or phone call and preliminary quote given.Initial meeting and consultation with Event Specialist including menuselection (all event documents are updated and floor plan creatorprovided.Deposit and signed contract to secure date, staffing and rentals.Final meeting review with Event Specialist four to six weeks before theevent. Final guest count, floor plans, food and beverage selections are dueand locked in two weeks prior to the event date. Final revisions toplanning documents are made. For revisions after the 2-week mark upto the 1-week mark an hourly rate of 35. for an Event Specialist willapply.Payment in full of estimated event charges are due five full businessdays prior to event date.
