NEIGHBORHOOD ALERT

Thursday, September 17, 2009between 2:45 - 7:00 a.m.

Orlando Aburto was out with friends at Christian’s Tailgate in

Houston’s Mid-town until 2:45 a.m. when he rode his

motorcycle (pictured above) home traveling east bound on I-10

to the East Belt where he headed north on Beltway 8, exiting

Miller Road #3 just south of Highway 90. He drove east on the

Hwy 90 service/feeder road west of Miller Road #3.

Orlando was shot in the back possibly somewhere between

the exit from Beltway 8 (north bound) and where he and his

motorcycle came to rest in a ditch in front ITS Energy

Services at 15000 Hwy 90. His motorcycle and body were

discovered at 7:30 a.m. Orlando was less than a mile from his home. If you’ve seen or

heard anything please call with information.
