PAYMENT TERM:

Upon the signature of the Agreement, Buyer’s Bank send Proof of Fund with Swift + BG, SBLC/IRDLC

or TT payment

Payment will be made by a Fully funded, Confirmed, Irrevocable, Auto-Revolving, Transferiable-L/C divided for

each

shipment value. L/C to be issued & confirmed and guaranteed by a prime bank, payable one hundred percent (100%) at seller's bank, at sight against presentation of shipping documents as per contract on per shipment basis

at discharging Port. The documentary letter of credit shall be negotiable and payable at the seller’s bank and shall be transferred by buyer’s bank directly to seller’s bank and the issuing bank shall allow adding confirmation and advising by any bank at the expense of the buyer’s side.

Confirmed, Transferable, divisible for one supply to the bank of the seller as a guarantee. Upon this step Loading of the first tanker vessel, start

within 15 (fifteen) working days from receipt of the SBLC/IRDLC by Seller’s bank.

Each and every subsequent tanker

vessel shall be loaded, as per attached delivery schedule, upon receipt of full payment of previous delivery via Swift MT.

103 T/T, for an amount equivalent to the relevant tanker vessel’s invoiced quantity value, for any port of loading.

THE SBLC/IRDLC or MT 103T/T SHOULD BE ISSUED AT NAME:

Inspection: The Seller guarantees that each deliver of Product shall be provided with an inspection certificate of weight

and quality issued at time of shipment loading

(at the Seller expense)as binding for the Payment and such certificate shall

be provided by Society General de Surveillance (S.G.S).

Special Conditions:

This FCO is subject to final approval and agreement by both seller and buyer and all the terms and

conditional herein as well as the subsequent contract of sale including any amendments or variations there of, all of

which has to be reduced in writing and signed by both parties hereto.

Commercial invoice; Ocean bill of lading, CMR / TIR; Packing list; Certificate of origin; T2L / EURO-1 Phytosanitary Certificate POP Certificate aproved from Chamber of Commerce SGS or Bureau Veritas or any other 3rd party inspection Certificate (Quality & quantity)

Special Requirements:

Product sample will be tested in any European Union Country. Test Reports of sample should meets the seller’s declared test values given above. SGS or Bureau Veritas or any other 3rd party Inspection will required for each party of goods before

shipment.
