Troubleshooting Clutch Issues and Failures

Reliance is proud to display a commanding knowledge of parts for heavy duty equipment, and Josh Steenhusen, our Harlan, IA Branch Manager, is someone whose expertise can be to your benefit. With more than ten years of industry experience, Josh joined our Harlan location in 2013, continuing a career in the industry that began as a mechanic focused on John Deere tractors.

As Branch Manager, Josh has a hand in many different aspects of the company, among them fulfilling web orders with his team, traveling to engage and help dealers in person, and working to build relationships with both the sales team and dealers.

Even away from the job, Josh keeps tied to agriculture: he’s a hobby farmer and also enjoys repairing equipment as time allows.

“I like solving problems for customers,” Josh said. It’s a quality he recognizes in many of his coworkers as well. “A lot of the people on the sales & tech teams are kind of motorheads… we know engines better than anybody else in the business. I believe that’s why people call us.”
