DSC-214MThe DSC-214M is a distinctly superior door for newinstallations or for remodeling. The exposed flangeadds rigidity to the unit and perfectly conceals the rough wall opening. Flexibleanchor straps can be provided for installation within masonry openings.

• Frame shall be 16 gauge steel and door 14 gauge steel.

• Trim shall be 3/4" wide, one-piece construction.• Hinge shall be concealed continuous piano

DSB-214SMThe DSB-214SM is a surface mounted door that does not require framing, bracing or notching andcutting of inner wall obstruc tions. Single piece con-struction of the frame prevents unit from racking andallows door to sit perfectly within frame and to open to175°.

FL SERIES WALL LADDERSPrecision offers a complete line of aluminum wallladders custom fabricated to your exact fieldmeasurements. Precision's ladder treads are a full2-1/4" in width and they are deeply serrated tomaximize traction. These treads have been thor-oughly tested for strength, and are able to with-stand a 1000# loading without failure. Treads areattached to siderails using 4 rivets rated at 1100lbs. shear strength each. Additionally, all edges onthe siderails and treads have been rounded toprovide a more comfortable, powerful grip for thehands. Safety cages are required on most laddersin excess of 20' length to a maximum unbrokenlength of 30' (plus rail extensions). Cages are alsorecommended for shorter ladders at high or haz-ardous locations. Precision offers this item as wellas landing platforms as required by OSHA andother regulatory bodies in certain situations. Millfinish is standard.

Metacaulk® 1000 is a water based, flexible, highly intumescent, single-component, general purpose, fire-ratedsealant, for through-penetrations on both vertical and horizontal surfaces, as well as construction joints. It is designedfor use in floors or walls and can be used on PVC, CPVC, ABS,PVC foam core, ABS foam core, PP or plastic pipes, polybutylene(PB), insulated and uninsulated steel pipe, copper and cast iron.

Metacaulk® MC 150+ is a one component, general purposefire-rated sealant and smoke seal for construction joints andthrough-penetrations. It prevents the spread of flames, smoke, andgas through penetration openings. Metacaulk® MC 150+ is a waterbased, non-sag caulking grade sealant that is easy to apply as wellas to retrofit. Metacaulk® MC 150+ can be used on various pene-trations such as top of the wall construction joints, deflection trackwall systems, EMT, telephone and power cables in concrete floorsand walls, gypsum walls as well as wood floors. Metacaulk® MC150+ may be applied with a caulking gun or trowel. For large appli-cations, it may be pumped from the pail. Metacaulk® MC 150+cures to an elastomeric seal that is suitable where dynamic move-ment is expected. Non-intumescent.

Metacaulk® 950 is a water based sealant designed for use onmetal pipe including steel, EMT, copper, aluminum and glass pipeas well as telephone and power cables. Can also be used with PVC,CPVC and polybutylene (PB) plastic pipe on closed (pressure) sys-tems.

Metacaulk® 835+ is a silicone based sealant designed for useon PVC pipe - closed (pressure systems), EMT, insulated and unin-sulated steel pipe, glass pipe, construction and control joints andinterior expansion joints. It is a flexible, non-sag low odor sealantfor exterior or interior use and can be used in systems wheredynamic movement is expected.

Draft Stop is a one component expanding polyurethane foamsealant. It is designed to be dispensed as a bead from it’s aerosolcontainer to fill voids, cracks, crevices and small cavities on flat orirregular surfaces. When cured, Draft-BlockTM is an odorless, non-corrosive, non-reactive inert substance which contains no ure-aformaldehyde.

Fire Block RS-136 is a general purpose, residential,fireblock/draft stop caulk that provides a smoke seal for electrical,plumbing, plastic pipe and telephone communications systemspenetrations. Easy applications with a conventional caulking gunwith water clean-up capabilities.

Metacaulk® 1200 is a latex-based firestop sealant designedfor use on construction joints. A spray application of Metacaulk®1200 provides a fast, economical means of installation for longjoint runs. Metacaulk® 1200 is also an excellent, fire-rated acousti-cal sealant. It cures to an elastomeric membrane seal suitable foruse where dynamic movement is expected. STC Rating 50.

Metacaulk® Joint Strip is a flexible, highly intumescentfirestop material used in concrete and masonry control joints up to1" wide. It forms a strong char that prevents the passage of flame,smoke and hot gases between control joints. Blaze Seal TM is designed specifically for sealing fire rated doors.BlazeSeal creates a firm seal that prevents the flow of hot smoke,gases, and flames through the door-to-frame clearance of single ordouble-leaf doors by forming a fire barrier around the perimeter.Compared to other brands, BlazeSeal exhibits greater intumes-cence by expanding to 18 times its original size which allows formore flexibility in the placement of the strip and aids in passingtests of longer duration.

Metacaulk® Composite Sheet is a rigid fire resistive panelused to seal penetrations and restore the fire rating to floor/ceilingsor walls in which a large opening has been made for the passageof penetrating items. Highly intumescent.

Metacaulk® Firestop Pillows are intumescent and designedfor use primarily in large openings with cables, cable trays, blankopenings or multiple penetrating items.

• Customers modifying products or installation procedures, or designing non-catalog products for sale by Superior Specialty Supply Inc. shall, regardless of specific instructions to the user, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Superior Specialty Supply Inc. for any and all claimed loss or damage occasioned in whole or in part by non-catalog or modified products.

• Errors in shipping or billing must be reported to the customer service departmentwithin 10 days from receipt of shipment to secure proper adjustment.
