GENERAL INFO & PAYMENT Please email your order using the order form provided or your own format including the same information. Once an order is received an invoice for the total cost will be emailed. For opening orders, pre payment via Paypal, credit card or check is required at the time of order and production begins upon clearing of these funds. Wholesale pricing is 50% off the RRP. Sample fabric swatches, 3x3”, are available upon request. Prices are subject to change.
DELIVERY TERMSAs each piece is made by hand to order, there is a 2-5 week fulfillment time on orders depending on size and current workload. A more accurate estimate of delivery can be requested via email. Shipments are made via USPS unless otherwise agreed and buyer pays for shipping. It may be more cost effective to ship using your own shipping account. Local delivery in the Denver metro area is available for free.
RETURNS & EXCHANGESRefunds are not available on wholesale orders and are subject to exchange or credit only. All shipping fees are non-refundable. All items are handmade and inspected for quality before shipping. If you receive defective merchandise, please email [email protected] within one week of receiving your order for a replacement or credit. Upon receiving your order, inspect your package for shipping damage. In the event of an item damaged during shipment, please email [email protected] as soon as possible to obtain a replacement or credit. Please keep original packaging materials for potential USPS claims inspection until otherwise notified. Cloth & Ink will not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Shipping costs for returning an item is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective. Please email to request return authorization before sending your returned merchandise, including the reason for return, at [email protected]. All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods.
