If we do not eat enough of the right kinds of food it can affect our whole body. We can end up feeling tired and lacking in energy. It can also make us feel

ill!

Eating plenty of the right kinds of food affects our whole body. It can give us lots of energy

and make us feel ready for anything. It can also help fight off infections.

Too many fatty foods in our diet can make us unhealthy as it is stored as fat in our bodies. Take

plenty of exercise to try and help prevent this.

If we eat plenty of food containing carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins and

minerals, we will have plenty of energy to stay fit and healthy !

Although sugary foods can give us energy, too much can harm our teeth. Visit the dentist

regularly to help prevent tooth decay.
