Why Is Bible Study Important?

God calls us through the gospel2 Th. 2:14 call, gospel

The only way we can understandGod’s call and respond,

is to study the Bible!

Spiritual knowledge and wisdomMatt. 7:24 hear Jesus’ words and act

Study the Bible and obey Christ,to obtain true knowledge and wisdom!

Eph. 5:15-17 understand will of Lord

Ja. 3:13-15 heavenly wisdom, not demonic

Become strong, do God’s workRom. 1:16 gospel, power, salvation

Without Bible study,we don’t know God’s word,

and aren’t spiritually strong to do His work!

1 Th. 2:13 believe, word, perform work

Phil. 1:6; 2:12-13 God works in us

Col. 1:9-11 knowledge, strengthened

God attends to our prayers,if we’re righteous

1 Pet. 3:7, 11-12 righteous, God attends to our prayers

Without Bible study,we don’t know the rules of life,

aren’t righteous,aren’t blessed by God!

Matt. 7:7-11 confidence of the righteous

Won’t go to heaven withoutknowing and obeying God’s word

2 Th. 1:8 must obey gospel to be saved

Must study the Bible:to know the gospel and love the truth
