Why
In the last century, machines replaced our bodies.
This century, software is replacing our brains.
Question:What skills can we develop that are irreplaceable by computers?
With a fertility rate of 2.6, India’s population will continue exploding.
It will be an employer’s market, not an employee’s market.
Question:How do we increase our worth relative to others?
It’s an age of abundance.
More choices and many more ways to choose them.
Question:Is such an age, is there a demand for what we’re selling? In what way can we differentiate ourselves?
How do we even get noticed ???
The new age is bringing into play new career opportunities and new twists to existing careers.
Question:What kind of skills do these new careers and new environments demand? Are we open to learning them?
Stress Management and Healthcare are now more critical than ever.
And yet the day still has only 24 hours!
Question:How do we balance the needs of our workplaces, our families and those of ourselves?
Change is here and it’s here to stay.And it will be most painful, if we resist it.
The question really is not why we need to change, but…
… how we’re going to change!
