Why do we need women on corporate

boards?

Women held only ONE in FIVE board seats at S&P 500 companies in 2015

Based on current numbers, if the rate of women joining boards DOUBLED it would still take FORTY YEARS for there to be gender equality on boards.

So what are companies are missing? Why is it so important to have women on boards?
