... if the honest answer to these questions is NO --> let’s look at hiring a person internally
2. Do we really need internal IT staff?
Are there free apps available to do this task?
Are there paid apps available to do this task?
Is there a subscription based Cloud option?
Can it be outsourced?
Is it a project that I can get an external specialist to do for me?
