2. DESIGN PHASE

Building on the detailed plan our skilled Wi-Fi

engineers will produce a detailed network

design which includes; the best location for

the AP’s, integration plan with the existing

network and if any additional items are

needed.

3. IMPLEMENT PHASE

All of the devices will be pre-staged before

we visit your site(s) to ensure they operate as

predicted. We will work with you to ensure

a seamless migration from your existing

Wi-Fi network to the new WaaS service.

4. ONGOING SUPPORT

Your new WaaS service will be managed by

our experienced Remote Management

Service (RMS) team under 24/7 monitoring,

proactive management and SLA based

Incident Management.
