Much of the original features from the previous Der Keller remain today including the bricks and the

Fondue ChinoiseThis special dish is very common and traditional in the Alps region. Fondue Chinoise is a name for the hot pot, where meat and vegetables are cooked in a shared pot of beef broth. Various meats (P), sauces, potatoes and vegetables are provided on the side. Uniquely the meal is finished off when all the diners have finished cooking their ingredients by sharing the broth which contains a fusion of all of the flavors from the earlier ingredients. Perfect for special occasions!
