E4 Health Highlights• E4 Health is your Employee Assistance (and Life Services) Program.• It provides counseling, information, resources, referrals and life services for ALL employees for ALL life

concerns, big or small.• It is a no cost benefit available on day one of employment for all full-time employees and their

household members and immediate family members. Employees do not sign up for this benefit. It is there, like a safety net, at all times, for all employees.

• 5 free in-person counseling visits per problem – free and confidential – near work or near home. Everyone, insured and uninsured, can use the in-person counseling sessions.

Accessing E4 Health EAP

• Call 800-828-6025• Initial phone consultation with a Master’s level clinician• Identification of needs and next steps, crisis response when indicated• Immediate transfer to service area expert(s) when indicated• Convenient in-person counseling appointment scheduled, when indicated• Counseling – typically an appointment within one week. Scheduled telephonic counseling

also available with a licensed counselor.• In the moment support provided• Consultation, resources and referrals provided• Follow-up to ensure resolution & satisfaction• Feedback encouraged• Call anytime again as needs arise
