Richard Babb | Executive Vice President/PartnerRichard has nine years of experience in the specialty pharmacy industry (General Manager background in Healthcare Management, Sales and Clinical Operations) and ten in the executive search sector. Amanda Wiseman | Director of Business Development

Amanda Wiseman, Director of Business Development, has almost a decade of experience in executive recruitment. She began her career in recruiting with a fast paced firm in Atlanta, GA. Her experiences have provided a wonderful base of activity as she has traveled to acquire accounts with Fortune 500 companies across the country. Amanda has worked extensively with large manufacturing facilities throughout the southeastern United States. She recruits senior executives to mid-level management in corporate finance and plant level accounting.

 Mrs. Wiseman has also built a strong relationship with regional public accounting firms in North Carolina. She has been extremely successful in the placement of candidates in both Internal and External Audit roles, as well as Tax professionals. Susan Chandler |Project Director

A graduate of the University of North Carolina Wilmington Susan obtained a BS in Business Administration with a dual concentration in Management and Marketing. Susan joined Wilmington Group upon graduation in May 2007, and serves as a Search Manager of the Life Sciences division. With her enthusiasm and desire to succeed, Susan assists Wilmington Group in conducting national executive level candidate searches in the Pharma/Biotech/CRO/Medical Device arena. Susan recruits Clinical Development Physicians (Medical Director to CMO), Translational Medicine, Biotech Manufacturing, PK/PD, Outcomes, and Quality. Susan is known as a progressive technology advocate and excels in effective networking in her business.

While at UNCW Susan was on the Executive Board of Pi Sigma Epsilon (Business Marketing Organization) as the VP of Professional Relations. Susan now serves as a Director on the Alumni Board at UNC-Wilmington and a Co-Chair of the Cameron School of Business Alumni Chapter.

Lisa Pagano| Director-Life Sciences

Originally from the Midwest, Lisa moved to Wilmington from Cincinnati, OH where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus in Marketing and Research from Miami University.  Lisa serves as Director of Life Sciences having established her practice on a national level.  She has assisted her clients in identifying key individual contributors through executive level talent across multiple therapeutic areas and four industry segments (Pharmaceutical, CRO, Medical Device, Biotech).

With ten years experience managing client relationships Lisa has established trust by collaborating with key personnel across multiple functional areas. She is dedicated to establishing a partnership with her clients and candidates that is based on transparent communication and accountability.  Lisa’s superior customer relations, coupled with her innate ability to connect with her client base, have contributed to her overall success at Wilmington Group.

Sabrena Baker | Director of Nursing & Allied Health Services

Sabrena is originally from Southwestern Virginia, and moved to Wilmington, NC in 2004.  Since that time she has worked in high volume staffing firms helping clients find solutions to their temporary or per-diem staffing needs.  Sabrena has focused the last 4 years of her career on the healthcare industry and has extensive experience placing Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants in hospitals, long term care facilities, one-on-one homecare settings, and private practice.

Currently with Wilmington Group, Sabrena is the Director of Nursing and Allied Health Services.  Sabrena attended Virginia Tech and studied in the Pamplin School of Business where she was a member of the professional organization Alpha Kappa Psi.  Sabrena is currently a member of the Wilmington Cape Fear Rotary and a subscribing member of the American Nurses Association.

Kelly Thomas| Director of Healthcare Operations

Kelly Thomas is a seasoned staffing professional of nine years with a keen interest in finding staffing solutions for hospitals and healthcare companies nationwide. in the northeast and Midwestern parts of the country.  Prior to joining Wilmington Group, Kelly held roles as a Human Resource Manager for a large healthcare provider with hiring responsibility at all levels of the organization as well as Branch Operations Manager for a high volume temporary staffing firm where she placed accounting, administrative, customer service, healthcare, and manufacturing candidates in a wide variety of industries. For almost four years at Wilmington Group, Kelly has been entrenched within the pharmacy operations team and has developed long lasting relationships within her network of experienced pharmacists within hospital, home infusion, and long term care environments.  Kelly partners with hospitals and healthcare organizations in the Northeastern and Midwestern part of the country in customizing recruiting strategies that best meet her clients’ needs.

Stacey Sears| Account Manager- Healthcare Operations

Stacey Sears has spent the last several years as a Recruiting Manager focusing on executive search with a concentration on national search projects for mid to senior level professionals. She is now an Account Manager in the Healthcare industry at Wilmington Group working to assist her clients with their interim as well as long term needs.  Along with extensive recruiting experience, Stacey has a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University specializing in Animal Science.
