STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS: Connecting to the network

1.Start Menu Click on the Windows Start menu by pressingthe Windows key on your keyboard or hover your mouse inthe bottom left of the screen and click on the Start iconwhen it appears

2.Run Application Type in the word 'RUN', this will bring upa search box on the right hand side of the screen, whencomplete click on the run application (the top result)

3.Enter InformationFor students \\student-print.lboro.ac.uk then click OKFor Staff \\staff-print.lboro.ac.uk then click OK

4.Enter your credentials Enter lunet\username andpassword When prompted for your login/password pleasetype like the following. Login: lunet\your username.Password: your password. Click OK.

5.Select Printer Following your login you will be presentedwith a list of University printers, scroll down the list untilyou find the student-mono printer, double click this andlet your computer install the necessary files to connect tothis printer.

6.Installing Colour Printer To install the student colourprinter onto your Window 8 PC follow the instructionsgiven in step 5, this time find the student-colour printer.

7.Installation Completed Once the installation is completeyou will be able to use these printers from an application ofyour choice.
