Customers typically fall into one of three categories: business, personal or a combination of the two.

“I need to be in constant contact with my work and peers via messaging as well as the ability to work on projects when I’m on the go.”

Do you use Microsoft Outlook for e-mail, calendar and tasks at work? How many e-mail accounts do you need to access on your mobile phone? How important is the familiarity of the software on your phone versus the PC? Do you need to synchronize your data from your PC to your mobile phone? Do you need the ability to write, edit, or present projects via your mobile phone? How often do you need to access the Internet for viewing Web sites, checking stocks, weather or traffic? How often do you need to get directions to restaurants, meetings or hotels? How secure does the information on your phone need to be? I’m all business
