Our GFS® Fully Cooked Chicken Wings, have great options for both baking and deep-frying, you will save on time and labour all while serving up the best wings in town. From plain to barbecue to buffalo, we are sure to have the perfect chicken wings to fit your operation!
Heat to an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F), no matter which cooking method is used.
Keep frozen until ready to cook. If the product has thawed do not refreeze.
Appliances vary, adjust accordingly.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN
Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Place frozen wings on a tray and heat for 15 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking time.
DEEP FRY
Place the frozen wings in the basket fryer and deep fry at 175°C (350°F) for 5 minutes.
