The past several weeks have included so many good things! Happy Haven received so many generous donations which included “end-of-year” contributions, Christmas gifts for the children, and property improvements. Thank you so much for every kindness! And the Chamber of Commerce invited Houston to represent Happy Haven as one of two Grand Marshals in the Cookeville Christmas Parade.

We thank Angela and Matt Suggs, who recently worked as house parents at Happy Haven. They served as parents to 4 girls while they were here. We wish them well in their new home.

Last month Linda and Brad Berg joined us as our new house parents and now live in the “Gainesboro” house. They are both natives of Minnesota, attended Crossroads College, and formerly worked in Texas and Mexico in mission work. The Bergs have 6 grown children and 22 grandchildren. We welcome them to Happy Haven.
