  • Winter Basketball Season This league includes one game and a one-hour practice each week. Practices start in December. Regular season runs from January-February with 4th-9th grade the post-season tournament running through mid-March. Games are played at either the Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue Main Club, South Bellevue Community Center, Mercer Island Boys & Girls Club, or Kirkland Boys and Girls Club. The fee for this program is $85 + $5 Gym Usage Fee + Club Membership.

    Olympic Basketball Season This competitive league, not recommended for beginners, includes one game and two, one-hour practices (pending district allotments) each week. Games will be played at the Bellevue Boys & Girls Club Main Club or South Bellevue Community Center. The fee for this program is $95 + $5 Gym Usage Fee + Club Membership.

    EBI Skills and Drills Class K-3rd Grade This class is for younger kids who will be learning the basics of basketball. They will learning the fundamentals of basketball, including ball handling, passing and shooting. 3rd-5th GradeThese players are challenged with progressive ball handling, shooting and defensive drills with emphasis on ball control, hustle and lots of teamwork! Times: K-3rd (5:456:45pm), 3rd-5th (7:158:15pm) Monthly: Mondays

  • Rhythmic Gymnastics Rhythmic gymnastics is known for elegance, beauty and grace. Its ballet combined with tumbling and dance. There are five apparatus; ribbon, ball, clubs, rope and hoop, which are used in a choreographed routine performed on a mat. Dates: Fridays, 6-7pm; Ages: 5-9 years

    Winter Volleyball Clinic These 6 week Sunday afternoon clinics are great for volleyball players of all ability levels. Fee: $65 + current Club Membership.

    Parkour At movefree academy, students will focus on fun exercises that incorporate restorative mobility drills, gymnastics-style bodyweight training, and safe Parkour movements. Ages: 9-17 Years; Dates: Monthly (Tuesday & Thursdays 6 or 7pm)

    Tae Kwon Do Tae Kwon Do is a Korean art that emphasizes kicking techniques. It in-volves light contact sparring, self defense, and forms all in a very fun way. Ages: 5+ Years; Dates: Mon & Wed or Tues & Thurs (Monthly/Quarterly)

    Judo Judo teaches students, ages 5-17, how to efficiently use their balance, leverage and movement to perform Judo throws and other basic skills. Ages: 5-17 years; Dates: Monthly: Fridays 6-8pm

    Bellevue West Little League

    T-Ball (4-6 year olds) Players will use a tee for batting. Teams play 10 games/season, one practice/week. Machine Pitch (K-2nd)- Machine Pitch divisions; A-K, A and AA. Teams play 10 games/season, one practice/week. Player Pitch (3rd-5th)- Player Pitch divisions; AAA, Coast & Majors. All players are assigned to teams based on their skill level determined at try-outs. Players will demonstrate their abilities in 4 skill areas; batting, infielding, outfielding, and pitching. Junior Division - ages 13 and 14. Little League Juniors follows the rules for Big League baseball, which includes leading off and stealing. 90 foot bases are used. This is a no-cut league.

    Softball Coach Pitch Softball offers players 6-8 years old two levels of play. Teams will get 10 games/season, one practice/week. Modified Player Pitch Softball (AAA Softball)- is for age 9 and some 8 year olds may be drafted up. This is considered the first year of competitive softball where players pitch in a game. Player Pitch Softball divisions; Coast & Majors. All players are assigned to teams based on their skill level determined at try-outs.

    Junior Division Softball- Players must attend player skill evaluations in early February. Players must have had success at Majors, and be ready to hit a variety of pitching speeds. Players will pitch from 40-foot distance and use a 12- inch softball.
