Why do the Assessment?• Provide a perspective of how prepared the

environment is for new requirements through a robust analysis of:

• Business systems capabilities and related business processes

• User experience and navigation tools including E1 Pages and UX One

• Application security

• Infrastructure considerations including hardware, performance and MS SQL database upgrade

• Current customizations, modifications and integrations

• Form creation using BI Publisher to replace Optio
