Why do the Assessment?• Provide a perspective of how prepared the

environment is for new requirements through a robust analysis of:

• Business systems capabilities and related business processes

• User experience and navigation tools including E1 Pages and UX One

• Application security

• Infrastructure considerations including hardware, performance and MS SQL database upgrade

• Current customizations, modifications and integrations

• Form creation using BI Publisher to replace Optio

• Enablement of Single-Sign On or LDAP capabilities

• Oracle UPK for script development and user training

• Other JD Edwards E1 tools or modules that could benefit GGP (e.g. OneView Reporting, Watchlists, JV Accounting module)

• Evaluate code base (including customizations, modifications and interfaces) and technical stack for upgrade readiness

• Review current system for specific feature and usability enhancement opportunities for the new release
