MANAGE YOUR CONNECTIONTroubleshooting:If your internet connection stops working, please follow the steps below before calling Wipronet Support:

Rebooting your antenna:To reboot your antenna you need to turn of the power source for your connection. The power source will look like one of the following, you can simply turn it of at the wall outlet:

Check your cables:Please make sure that the outdoor antenna’s cable is plugged in to a port marked with one of the following la-bels:

P+Data | POE | Power + Data

Your wireless access point, network switch or computer should be connnected to the other port on the power sup-ply marked as below:

WELKOM BY WIPRONETKONTROLLEER U KONNEKSIEFout Opsporing:Indien u internet konneksie ophou werk, volg asb die stappe hieronder voordat u Wipronet kontak:

Skakel antenna af en aan:Om die antenna se krag te siklus, spoor asb die anten-na se kragbron op, en skakel die kragtoevoer af en weer aan. Die kragbron sal soos een van die onderstaande eksemplare lyk:

Gaan die kabels na:Verseker dat die buiteshuise antenna ingeprop is by die kragbron, by die poort wat as volg gemerk is:

P+Data | POE | Power + Data

U “Wireless Access Point”, netwerk “switch” of rekenaar moet by die ander poort ingeprop wees. Die poort sal met een van die volgende etikette gemerk wees:

Rebooting your Wireless AP:The Wireless Access point rebroadcasts your Wipronet internet throughout your house. It can happen that it hangs up from time to time. To fi x it, simply unplug it’s power supply, wait for 5 seconds, and plug it back in.

Testing your local network:You can test your local network by running a ping. Click on the Start menu and type “ping 10.0.0.1 -t” and press enter. You may have to replace “10.0.0.1” with your router’s IP address.

If the result looks like the fi rst example, your computer is communicating with your internet router. If it looks like the second example, you need to check the cables connecting your internet equipment.

Skakel u wireless ap af en aan:Die “Wireless Access Point” saai u Wipr-onet konneksie uit binne u huis. Dit mag gebeur dat die toestel soms vashaak. In-dien dit gebeur kan u die kragbron vir die toestel afskakel en na vyf sekondes weer aanskakel.

Toets jou netwerk:U kan die Ping applikasie gebruik om u netwerk te toets. Kliek die Start menu, tik “ping 10.0.0.1 -t” en druk enter. Indien nodig, vervang “10.0.0.1” met u antenna se IP adres

Indien die resultaat soos die eerste voorbeeld lyk, werk die konneksie tussen u rekenaar en internet router kor-rek. Indien dit soos die tweede voorbeeld lyk, is daar fout met die bekabeling of internet router.
