Our Clients Our main business is the installation of town and city centre CCTV for councils and police. We install both fibre optic and encrypted wireless CCTV systems. More and more Councils are reducing CCTV running costs by replacing rented fibre optic lines with license free encrypted wireless systems.

We have installed encrypted IP wireless CCTV systems for Belfast City Council, Dublin City Council, Dundalk Council, Magherafelt and Moyle Councils, PSNI and An Garda Síochána.

We have provided solutions for warehouses, restaurants, supermarkets and shopping chains.

We are experienced in providing the right solution when security requirements go beyond the normal. We also recently designed and installed security solutions for RTÉ. (References produced on request).

Our Technology Partners Although we are not confined to using any one brand or supplier we have been recognised by two major companies as valued integration partners. Samsung made us the first company of only 10 installation companies in the UK & Ireland to join their partnership programme. This brings major benefits in relation to pricing for our clients, support and training on the latest equipment for our engineers.

We are also fortunate to have a similar arrangement with 360 Vision who are the only company to build Ruggidsed PTZ cameras in the UK & Ireland. The benefits are clear in relation to cost and support such as bringing our clients to experience their rigorous testing process.

Wired Up Security Solutions are an SSAIB accredited company certified to design, install and carry out preventative maintenance of CCTV systems, Intruder Alarms and Access Control in accordance with the requirements of PD6662 and IS EN 50131-1 SR40.

We are also ECSSA (Electrical Contractors Safety & Standards Association) (Ireland Ltd) approved.

High end Integration of Electronic Security Functions Wired Up Security Solutions have recently completed a high end integration of internal and external CCTV, intruder alarm, fire alarm, access control and perimeter security onto a single bespoke IP platform.

Dublin City Council”Wired Up Security Solutions carried out a thorough and detailed integration project for DCC at our most important cultural heritage site with an asset value of €400million.

They integrated existing CCTV, access control, intruder and fire alarms on a new IP platform and installed new state of the art CCTV cameras and related equipment all to a Grade III standard. Reduce Manned Guarding CostsWe can use our site automation of security functions to reduce manned guarding by introducing remote monitoring significantly reducing annual wage costs with a guaranteed service 24 /7.Maintenance of CCTV, Intruder Alarms, Fire Alarms and Access Control.

Maintenance This is a key area of activity in that we realise that lack of maintenance can be costly in terms of equipment deterioration and vulnerability to intrusion or attack. We tailor maintenance of existing systems to client’s requirements taking over systems and helping clients to get the best out of them. Above all we provide value for money.

CCTV Commercial Premises These systems can incorporate the latest Auto Tracking and Auto Zoom Cameras - intelligent camera systems will carry out their own monitoring until over ridden by an operator. We install IP systems with video analytic software to monitor heat sensors, people counting, fuel/water levels etc.

Evidence Master Wireless CCTVA transmission system, which is fast and reliable even in the most difficult areas and which saves on digging up car parks/roads to lay fibre and ducts. It is WPA2 military grade encrypted. We recently installed this system for Dublin and Belfast City Councils.

Audio to Site To enable operators, in a remote monitoring control room, to speak to would be trespassers to stop incidents such as vandalism before they occur.

Remote viewing Our clients are able to view their CCTV on site securely from the PC/laptops of their choice.

Remote Diagnostics We can download software for clients and provide them with a password which allows us to access their equipment and deal with faults and upgrades, without visiting site. This is cost effective.

Evidence Management We provide systems and training to keep our customers compliant with Data Protection should they need to present CCTV footage in court.

Access Control Systems Including remote monitoring of sites, biometric time management systems to control and audit movements on site – this is secure and cost effective and creates a level playing field for staff.

Entrance Gates We provide Finger Barriers automatic gates, steel security doors and turnstiles.

Perimeter Security SystemsWe install systems to trigger remote monitoring of CCTV. Our systems will cater for very large mission critical sites down to small sites on a temporary basis. We install Portable Evidence Master Perimeter wireless detection systems easily adapted to a rapidly changing site and PIR systems such as Redwall for larger sites.

Smoke Screen We can install this system to combat robberies or unauthorised entry to sensitive areas. It is aimed at disrupting an attack on persons or equipment.

Event CCTV We continue to install Event CCTV at Tennant’s Vital and Belsonic concerts in Belfast since 2011.In August 2012 we designed and installed two encrypted wireless CCTV systems one for event control and one for event security to cover the Tall Ships event in Dublin which saw 2.5million visitors.

New Year’s Eve 2012 we designed and installed a wireless encrypted CCTV system to cover the ushering in of Derry/Londonderry’s city of culture events.

DNA Spray This is a marker system used to automatically issue a fine spray over culprits in the event of a robbery or attack on personnel or equipment engaged in sensitive or mission critical work. It would normally be used in conjunction with the devices such as smoke screen or personal attack alarms. The spray is unique to the location and is difficult to remove from the skin providing police with reliable evidence.

Intruder Alarm installation & design We are registered with PSNI as installers and they will allocate a URN (Unique Reference Number) for each site.

Consultancy We provide a full consultancy service for the larger projects that may involve all or some of the above installation including the construction of CCTV control rooms.

Our installers have already provided an IP CCTV system including open platform IP video software, biometric and networked entry systems, steel security and fire doors for NI Water Service. They have also installed the Evidence Master Perimeter security system for NI Water Service sites which are being decommissioned. The town centre systems described have been extensively fitted for Dublin City Council and for local councils in NI. We have installed redeployable CCTV for PSNI and Garda. We recently installed an extensive Evidence Master Wireless town Centre system for Belfast City Council in the Holylands area.
