S. Strategic Growth Plan

• What are your revenue goals and priorities? (people, profits, impact)• Timeframe?• How do you plan on getting there? (is any of it asset-based?)• What do you do if you’re ahead of plan?• What do you do if you’re behind plan?• What do you think you need before you start?• Can you really start without some of those things?• Who is there already? (friends and foes) • OPM – Who has cash you can leverage for their benefit?

D. Distribution Plan

• How are you planning on taking this to market?• Can you work in phases, take a ‘components-based’ approach?• Who is in the field already and could benefit from you?• Can your customers become your marketers?• Is there a cause-related opportunity to craft and implement?• Experts you can leverage – build your knowledge base?• How does this cut into your profits? (percentage costs)• Is there a free option? Profit-centered option?

O. Outcomes Plan

• Aside from revenue, what do you need in place? (1 mo? 6 mo? 1 yr?)• Office space? People? Technology? Type? Percentage of costs? • You happy with good, or does it have to be great…to launch revenue?• Is your plan scalable? (Infrastructure, fulfillment/delivery)• Define target, and quantify, your desired impact/outcomes.• Once outcomes achieved, then what? Add-on opportunities?• What type of ‘phase approach’ can you take to stay focused?• Define and separate needs and wants. (Phase 1, 2, 3)• Tighten down your focus, articulations, phases and needs.• Is it all in line with your business and personal philosophies?• Engage the community during planning – blessings ensue.

• Are your financial goals bite size…can you afford each need?• Do you truly know your net profit?• Percentages are critical to all planning!• Reputation metrics defined too?• KPI’s are key! Measures for success defined.• Leverage formulas for data driven decision making.• Consider banks, employees, executives, customers.• Is it bad to have a back up plan for everyone’s safety?
