•A full refund will only be provided if I am unable to run a course
•If I am unable to run a session, an alternative session will be arranged. If you are unable to attend the rearranged session, a refund for that session will be provided
•If you are unable to attend a session, I may be able to offer an alternative session or a one to one session, which will cost an additional £15
