Abstract

Most of piezo-actuators require high voltage to produce apparent displacement. In

order to get rid of dependency on commercial piezoelectric driving amplifier and

advance the performance of current module, this research will analyze and experiment

with the character of high voltage operational amplifier.

According to the results of the experiment to design a equivalent R-C circuit,

imitating real piezo-actuators, and use the high voltage operational amplifier which has

been compensated to replace the driving amplifier of piezo-actuators to reduce

experiment cost. This research discuss the design specification of amplifier circuit, and

as well as the operation must-know & environment control of high voltage high power

operational amplifier.For piezo-actuated positioning stage, we use our customized high

voltage driven circuit, and prove the possibility by experiment result.
