Amit Goenka (Founder)

Around 20 years of experience out of which 15 years in skill development, employability creation, CSR & entrepreneurship and education. Handled functional roles in G2B, B2B, B2C across 34+ Central & State Ministries, Departments & Corporations, Corporate & Institutional alliance, Franchising Management & Strategy.He is a B.Com (Hons) from Calcutta University, PGDM(Symbiosis Centre for Management & HRD- Pune) ATC ( Institute of Chartered Accountants of India), Chartered Accountancy Finals Group 2 , Company Secretary Final Gr 1(ICSI).He has been associated with various organizations. Windows & Bridges (Founder & Ceo), HCL Infosystems Ltd , Hero Corporate Services Ltd , ICICI Bank , Britt Worldwide , Erudite ,Next Education , East India Securities Limited etc. and also mentored and an advisory capacity with a few. Also representative at national industry chambers, & associated with various parliamentary standing committee & task force. CSR is a special BUSINESS passion he drives .

Lokesh Mehra (Co- Founder) Former Director- Education Advocacy at Microsoft Corporation, Lokesh has led teams responsible for managing strategic relationships with MHRD, Institutional Bodies, Policy led engagements and Skill development initiatives. A speaker at various public forums, Lokeshhas managed India’s largest Teacher Professional Development program namely Shiksha for K12 and Saksham for Higher Education in collaboration with various State Governments and Universities. He expanded the Cisco Academic footprint from scratch to > 250institutions.

By profession an Electronics Engineering graduate and an MBA, Lokesh has over 24 years of experience in in the IT industry covering Sales, Channel Development, CSR, Education, Training, Marketing and Product Management and has had stints with other major companies like Cisco, Intel, NIIT and Benchmark Microsystems.
