TOUCH FREE DISPENSING SERVICE

The Wave’n Dry® dispenser is the first roll towel systemto offer totally touch free dispensing. The only thing youtouch is your personal towel. The towel is stored fullyprotected inside the dispenser until you request service bypassing your hand or arm underneath the sensor.Competitive designs leave the towel exposed to therestroom environment before it is dispensed. With theWave’n Dry, the towel remains inside the dispenser untilyou request service. There are no levers, buttons orcranks to touch. This is particularly important in publicrestrooms, food preparation, and healthcare environmentswhere prevention of cross-contamination is a concern.Touch free service meets customers demand forimproved sanitation and supports the market trendtoward automated restroom devices such as faucets andflush valves.

SIMPLE TO OPERATE

Towels in pre-determined lengths are dispensed by simplywaving your hand or arm underneath the sensor. Todispense another towel, wave again. It is that simple. Thesensor is located in the lower right corner of the dispenserand is pointed downward to eliminate sensitivity issuesand allow the Wave’n Dry to be installed in tightlocations.

CONTROLS USAGE

Metered dispensing and an adjustable built-in delay offer areminder to use only the toweling needed. Dispensingcan be tailored to your facility’s needs with 8”, 11”, 16.5”or 22” of toweling dispensed with each wave. Thisfeature allows you conserve paper without frustratingyour customers as well as save on maintenance time andcosts. The built-in reserve roll feature eliminates stub-rollwaste and provides continuous service as a new roll willself-start only after the stub roll is completely used.

DISPENSER SETTINGSThe Wave’n Dry offers optionalsettings for length of towel, delaybetween cycles, and sensorsensitivity. To program thedispenser for your desiredsettings, open the unit door andset the four switches using thechart at the right. Then, close thecover and test for correctsettings.

EASY-TO-USE BATTERYCOMPARTMENTThe Wave’n Dry features a new batterycompartment that is easily accessed for batteryreplacements. The Wave’n Dry now allows forinstallation of six D cell and one AA cell standardalkaline batteries directly into the battery holder.High-quality alkaline batteries will last up to 60 800-foot rolls when properly installed in an idealapplication. Battery life will vary depending upon thequality of the battery purchased.

The Wave’n Dry is now available in five translucent color choices and will complementour Revolution™ and Dubl-Serv® tissue dispensers available in matching colors.

ADA TITLE III COMPLIANT

By simply following the installation instructions outlined in theADA Standard for Accessible Design, the Wave’n Dry

dispenser is ADA Title III compliant. Paper is easily dispensed from theWave’n Dry with one hand, with less than 5 lbs of force, and without tightgrasping, pinching or twisting of the wrist.

SUPPORTS THE PRINCIPLES OF HACCP

As you are not required to touch the dispenser for use, theWave’n Dry dispenser supports the principles of HACCP and isan excellent method for avoiding cross-contamination of foodproducts.

The back-housing is made with slots for easymounting in a variety of installation patterns.

The Wave’n Dry featuresquieter dispensing with animproved gear traincertified by the AmericanGear ManufacturersAssociation (AGMA).

The translucent coverallows maintenance staff tosee at a glance when it istime to refill.

The Wave’n Dry iscompletely self containedand requires no externalelectricity or wiring.

Controlled RollTowel Service

Six D cell and one AA alkaline batteriesare installed directly into the batteryholder eliminating the need for specialbattery packs or adapters.

Newly positioned sensor is pointeddownward to eliminate sensitivityissues and allow for flexible installation.

The Wave’n Dry can be custom-imprinted with a company name orlogo for a unique, coordinatedwashroom appearance.

The towel is kept cleanand hygienic inside theWave’n Dry until yourequest service byactivating the sensor.
