150g Plain White Flour

100g Butter (unsalted)

50g Caster Sugar

1tsp Vanilla Extract 1. ADULTS ONLY - Pre-heat the oven to 180°C

(gas mark 4) and line a baking sheet with

baking paper.

2. Sift fl our into a bowl with the sugar.

Chop the butter into cubes and add the

other ingredients.

3. Using your fi ngers, rub the butter into

begins to form a shape, add the vanilla
