  • MIXED-USE DEVELOPMENTS

Wolverine Interests specializes in office, multi-family, and master planned mixed-use developments. Over the past 40

years, our partners have developed over 8,000 multi-family units, 8 large office buildings, and master planned 3

comprehensive mixed-use projects in the DFW metroplex. Wolverine assembles the capital stack for the project in

accordance to the investment strategy of the investors. From there, we facilitate the entire development process from

architectural plans, to land purchase, through construction management and lease-up, to asset management.

Wolverine’s success stems from our vision to create communities that provide optimal live/work/play experiences for

    the end user.

FRISCO SQUARE - 60 ACRES Frisco Square is similar to a European village; a pedestrian-friendly urban environment in Frisco, Texas. Designed by David M. Schwartz; whose work includes the American Airlines Center in Dallas, the Ballpark in Arlington, and the Bass Performance Hall in Fort Worth; along with O’Brein, Boka & Powell whose notable work includes The Star in Frisco. The development encompasses office, retail, multi-family and municipal product located on over 60 acres in one of fastest growing cities in the United States. Located right off the Dallas North Tollway and across the street south of Toyota Stadium; home of FC Dallas soccer club. Frisco Square is comprised of over 300,000 sf office, 200,000 sf retail/restaurant, 1000 multi-family units, Frisco City Hall, Cinemark theater, Forest Park Hospital, and Grace Church.

ADDISON CIRCLE - 40 ACRES Principals of Wolverine were the master-planner, developer and operating partner of Addison Circle located in Addison, TX along the Dallas North Tollway. They were the visionary and developer of over 1,300 multi-family units with 300,000 sf of class A office and 50,000 sf first floor retail/restaurant space. The project was completed in phases in 1993 – 2001 and sold a couple years later after it was fully leased. They negotiated a favorable incentive package with the city of Addison which jumpstarted the project and created additional value for their stake holders.

  • MUTI-FAMILY DEVELOPMENTS

Over the past 30 years, Wolverine has developed over 8,000 multi-family units. Our team was on the leading edge

of the "wrap concept" and we are known for developing best in class properties. We handle every aspect of a

project from conception, to land acquisition, to design, to finance, to development and ultimately lease-up.

    UPTOWN DALLAS - 2,000 APARTMENTS

The principals of Wolverine Interests developed many of the first multi-family complexes in the Dallas Uptown submarket through the 1980’s – 90’s. Their gamble to be the first movers in uptown paid off huge as tons of restaurants, retail, office and other multi-family quickly followed their lead to build out uptown to what it has become today. They were the local originator of the multi-family “wrap” product which wraps the complex around the parking garage, thereby maximizing efficiency of the building. All of their multi-family complexes in uptown were sold soon after they leased up.

DOWNTOWN PLANO - 750 APARTMENTS Jim Leslie and partners helped kick started downtown Plano with the development of three multi-family complexes comprising close to 750 units. His team worked with City officials to provide the urban lifestyle and boost needed to further activate the old historic downtown area. The project included the land acquisition, overall design and development, all financing and ultimately the sale of the properties once fully occupied.

SHOPS AT LEGACY - 1,500 APARTMENTS Principals of Wolverine Interests developed the initial multi-family complexes in what is now known as the Shops at Legacy, Plano, TX. They were the early visionary of what the Shops could become and realized the first component necessary was to get people living there before the shops and restaurants could be successful. Their multi-family development was the spark needed for Shops at Legacy to evolve into the beautiful live, work, play atmosphere it has become today. They made the site selection, financed, developed, leased up and later sold the first Legacy multi-family complexes in 1995 – 2003.
