From a survey sampling 20 women across the company in a variety of departments and roles, in Experian Health, here is what we learned:• Leadership development/training and mentoring opportunities were the top two items women want

the program to offer

• There is a sense that departments and offices can be isolated and women want the ability to better network and connect with others, including:

• More opportunities to network—between junior and senior levels; (ii) across offices and to include remote employees, and (iii) across departments

• Education surrounding career planning, creating roadmaps for their path forward, and setting goals for professional success

• Balancing work and home is something employees are currently struggling with and sometimes feel guilty or stressed about underperforming in one area for the sake of the other

– Women would like the program to provide avenues and tools to enable them to be successful both at work and in their personal lives

– Stress management tools = highly requested
