Conclusions
Family bonds strengthen employees women’s connection with the labour force
Staying of women with children on at the same workplace cause an increase in seniority, leads to an increase in the women incomes
Work force parameters and priorities of both sexes not associated with the family unit, are responsible for causing a decrease in women employee income in this age group (30-45)
